Full Time Job
Seeking Full Time Customer Service Rep to help our website users with various technical aspects of the site. The position requires a patient phone manner and VERY good computer/internet skills. This is a Tech Support position covering many aspects of several web based applications. Applicants should be highly PC capable (Mac experience is a major plus) and able to quickly learn new applications. Familiarity with popular web browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, IE, etc) is a must. Understanding different platforms such as mobile devices desired. Be prepared to answer several basic to intermediate tech questions during the interview. Not looking for a programmer. Just someone who is very familiar with navigating web applications and capable of communicating that understanding to our users.
Hours will be Monday thru Friday: 10am to 6pm.
