Live Action Stunt Company located in the heart of Burbank - seeking a Facility Supervisor
Action Horizons seeks a Facilities Supervisor to assist in all aspects of maintaining the main office, coordinate inventory and assist as needed in all general office details.
Viable Candidates should possess:
- Heavy Organization Skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Own transportation
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include - but are not restricted to the following support:
Responsible for all Inventory
- Ordering from various product lines/negotiate pricing
- Maintain an inventory/organize stock room
- Maintain and improve system to track inventory
- Coordinate with clients and our accountant to create orders and fill orders
Minor product assembly required on some combination items (training will be provided)
Shipping of inventory
- Prepare all paperwork for, and box all orders for international/Domestic shipping via Fedex/others utilizing online tools.
- Via Email - correspond with clients to notify them as shipments leave for delivery
- Oversee all shipping materials and restock as needed.
- Must be able to lift, push or maneuver items weighing up to 50lbs.
Maintaining function of facility:
- Oversee the look and function of the main office facility.
Maintaining and overseeing office décor/replacement strategy
Maintain cleanliness and stocking of kitchen, restroom and cleaning supplies and office supplies
Coordinate with outside vendors and oversee cleaning and landscaping schedules.
Help to set up/strike warehouse for special events, presentations, and general training sessions
(responsible for training equipment use and placement back to storage area)
Assist Office Manager
- Assist in general office duties (paperwork, errands, off site duties, etc.)
