This is a remote contract role for an Influencer Talent Manager. The role involves, identifying new influencers to collaborate with, managing relationships with talent and negotiating brand endorsements and partnerships. Key responsibilities include talent management, casting coordination, and maintaining strong client communication. The Talent Manager will also focus on expanding ACM's digital talent roster and fostering client growth within the dynamic media industry.
Qualifications
-1-3 years minimum working at a talent agency or management company specifically representing influencer talent.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with talent and clients
• Proficiency in Sales and Talent
Management to identify opportunities and support talent development
• Experience in Casting and collaborating with brands to create tailored partnerships
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating adaptability and organization
• Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and digital media platforms
• Experience in the entertainment or advertising industries is advantageous
