ACE Entertainment (TO ALL THE BOYS I'VE LOVED BEFORE, SPONTANEOUS, PERFECT DATE) seeks an Assistant to support our two co-heads of Film.
Main job responsibilities will include coordinating daily schedules, script reading and assigning coverage to interns, managing all incoming and outgoing submissions, taking notes on meetings, and assisting the film team with various company administrative duties.
This position also encourages significant creative input as well. The ideal candidate must be a great team player, and have at least two years of experience working on a desk at an agency, management company, or production company.
