JOB DESCRIPTION
ACC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the team, providing generalist recruitment and talent acquisition leadership across Acceleration's community of companies. The ideal candidate is passionate about rolling up their sleeves with full lifecycle recruitment (i.e. proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, creating and extending offers throughout the selection process), providing an exceptional candidate experience, and serving as a consultative thought partner to hiring managers, ensuring efficient and effective communication and understanding of business needs. Although there is currently an emphasis on hiring needs for experiential talent, candidates who will excel in this position will have experience hiring for a broad range of roles including, but not limited to, marketing (i.e. digital, social media, influencer), creative, advertising, media, communications.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop robust and innovative sourcing/pipelining strategies to attract and hire top talent in support of various businesses and functions across agencies
• Develop and implement staffing plans and pipelining strategies to ensure diverse, high-caliber applicant/candidate pools throughout the recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Manage a high volume of informational interviews to maintain a strong applicant pool.
• Establish and build upon strategic partnerships with universities and organizations to inclusively source talent, provide access to opportunity and build future leaders
• Leverage internal/external resources to ensure attraction and retention of top-tier talent, by solidifying key business partnerships, along with attending and participating in events to enhance candidate pipeline
• Provide thought partnership to the diversity recruiting strategy across Acceleration's community of companies, including implementing creative search techniques to appeal to a diverse talent pool, leveraging practices that reduce bias, event strategy, and establish and maintain business partnerships
• Oversee talent acquisition operations, including Applicant Tracking System (''ATS'') management and enhancements, talent acquisition tools assessment, and employee referral program
• Develop and provide key insights on talent acquisition metrics and analytics
PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Direct Supervisor: This position will report to the VP, People & Culture
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill set:
• Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years' experience in corporate or agency recruiting (marketing or creative field a plus)
• Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
• Passionate about attracting and hiring high caliber talent
• Experience leveraging social media tools for sourcing and employer branding efforts
• Extremely flexible, resourceful, proactive, detail and solutions-oriented, highly organized, able to shift priorities and multi-task, while working under strict deadlines
• Strategic thinker and problem solver, with the ability to generate creative solutions to recruitment needs
• Self-motivated, outstanding communication skills, understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality, strong follow through, and attention to detail
