Full Time Job
Reporting to the VP, Talent Development and Inclusion Programs, and the Director, Representation, Inclusion an Equity, the Senior Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Office of RIE and the Academy Gold team.
Responsibilities:
Office of RIE
• Coordinate meetings for the Director, Representation, Inclusion, and Equity.
• Manage vendor payments, processing invoices on behalf of the Office of RIE.
• Participate in meetings to assist with note taking.
• Support in the implementation of special projects and initiatives including building online registration forms in Air Table, research, and brainstorming creative ideas to recognize various cultural holidays.
Academy Gold
• Coordinate meetings for the VP, Talent Development and Inclusion Programs.
• Maintain project status report.
• Attend meetings where appropriate to take and distribute meeting notes.
• Keep team documents and meeting agendas up to date and organized.
• Heavy communication internally and externally, obtaining information and establishing relationships with Academy staff across teams.
• Processing expense reports and track budget.
• Assist with preparing presentations and proofreading documents.
• Support team projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience providing executive level administrative support, ideally in media and entertainment.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Airtable, MS Project, or similar project management or productivity applications preferred with the ability to learn and implement new tools/systems.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized with a knack for finding inefficiencies and a strong will to fix them.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of tasks, problem solve, and offer creative solutions.
• Ability to work with a team and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Must be discreet and able to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
