Direct Reports: Sr Manager, Coordinator, Creative & Content, Assistant Creative & Content
Role description: Oversees creative strategy, development, and content production; Identifies new creative content formats and platforms for distribution; develops cutting-edge digital content; conceives original content to support Marketing and Partnerships initiatives; collaborates with CBS promo and digital teams on creative strategy; produces sizzles and presentations; collaborates with Lisa Lee (SVP, Creative, Editorial and Archival Management)
Job Duties:
o Oversee creative strategy, development and execution of digital and physical assets for all ACM initiatives
o Manage Creative & Content team and ensure timely and efficient delivery of best-in-class assets
o Develop engaging and cutting-edge content concepts with an understanding of multi-platform distribution platforms
o Create content to support marketing, fan engagement and growth strategies as well as branded content sales initiatives for multi-platform distribution
o Oversee external creative design and content production agencies to ensure top quality results on budget are consistently delivered
o Liaise with dick clark productions and CBS creative, digital and promo teams on creative strategy and execution of TV campaigns
o Collaborate with internal ACM teams to service social content, marketing creative, digital content, and signage/branding elements for all ACM events and initiatives
o Partner with SVP, Editorial and Content Management on archival initiatives, Tempo Magazine and event program books
Requirements:
o 5-7 years in a digital creative strategy and/or content production role
o Experience developing multiplatform content and creative assets
o Strong knowledge of digital content and creative production
o Knowledge and experience in a Country Music, Television, or entertainment creative & content role
o Experience managing employees and agencies
o College degree or equivalent in related field
