Visually-driven comedy talk show seeking a highly experienced Talent Booker to lead guest outreach and secure top-tier personalities across entertainment, culture, comedy, and social media.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record booking recognizable names for podcasts, late-night shows, or similar format shows, and is deeply connected in the entertainment and influencer space. This is a high-impact role that will help shape the voice and visibility of the show from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pitch and book compelling slate of guests across entertainment, comedy, culture, and digital media
• Coordinate scheduling between talent, reps, and production team
• Maintain a pulse on trending figures, viral personalities, and cultural moments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agents, publicists, managers, and creators
• Collaborate with producers on segment planning, guest prep, and audience development strategy

Ideal Candidates Have:
• Proven experience booking high-profile talent for a talk show, podcast, festival, or digital series
• An existing network of agent, manager, and talent relationships in LA and beyond
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of entertainment industry dynamics and timing
• A sharp eye for talent and instinct for what will drive engagement
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and pivots in a fast-paced production schedule
