We are seeking a passionate and experienced Podcast Producer to bring this dynamic show to life, working closely with the production crew to deliver engaging and top-tier content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the host and high-profile guests to craft compelling episodes.
• Coordinate scheduling with Max Amini's touring commitments and guest availability.
• Manage the release schedule to ensure timely and consistent episode drops.
• Promote and grow the podcast's viewership through strategic partnerships and audience engagement.
• Hire production crew for a television-quality show.
• Experience organizing and managing a live studio audience.
• Maintain an ambitious vision for the show, constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve.
• Establish monetization of the show via sponsorship deals and social media monetization.
• Stay updated with trends in the podcast industry, entertainment, and television to enhance the show's impact.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience producing a successful podcast or similar content series.
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry, particularly in television and content production, is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle tight deadlines and flexible schedules.
• Familiarity with video/audio editing software and production workflow.
• Ability to think creatively and independently, solving production challenges as they arise.
• Willingness to work around a touring schedule and deliver high-quality content under pressure.
