Accounting Internship (Part-Time)

Seeking a part-time Accounting Intern to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a college junior or senior to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment-and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the music industry.
Responsibilities:
• Perform Accounts Payable/Receivable reconciliations
• Assist with bank reconciliations and period closing processes
• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Support digital filing and document scanning
• Handle high-volume data entry with accuracy
• Collaborate with the CFO and Finance team across all accounting functions
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Junior or Senior preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
