Senior Research Analyst (ABC)
Job Summary:
ABC is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to analyze the performance of our digital content and platforms in order to provide timely and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and track the digital performance of ABC content across all partner touchpoints through weekly and ad hoc reporting.
• Manage and create digital reports for ABC's live tent pole events, and share timely and actionable insights with key stakeholders (i.e. programming, scheduling, distribution, and digital media.)
• Assist in the troubleshooting and management of ABC's digital data, by identifying anomalies or data issues and working with the appropriate teams to resolve all discrepancies.
• Assists other research teams with multiplatform data sources to ensure accuracy of data feeding into our reporting systems.
• Analyze and translate data-based findings into clear, relevant and actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate would have some knowledge and understanding of TV and digital viewing platforms.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint. Advanced skills in Excel formulas required (e.g. lookups, logical functions, and pivot tables).
• Must be knowledgeable and comfortable utilizing computers and learning new software.
• Prior experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and/or other digital analytics suites.
• Prior experience in linear, on demand and online research with a broadcast or cable network
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
