Job Summary:
ABC News is hiring a Senior Research Analyst. This role is responsible for reporting viewership and engagement metrics for ABC News programs/products and its competitors.
Responsibilities:
Run and report daily, weekly, and monthly Nielsen viewership data on ABC News programs and its competitive set. Provide ratings analysis on ABC News programs and its competitors. Proactively manage reports to reflect trends and answer specific questions. Implement and maintain departmental databases.
Basic Qualifications:
2-3 years working at a network or studio, with knowledge of and prior experience using Nielsen data and software (NPower, NNTV). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience at a broadcast network is preferred. Experience with digital/multiplatform and 3rd party tools such as comScore, Omniture, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SPSS and/or Tableau.
