Job Summary:
As digital media spend share continues to grow our planning becomes increasingly complex, requiring the need for additional support to implement and execute. Hiring dedicated Digital Media Managers will enable each campaign to get attention to detail it requires for a flawless execution. The increased support will allow the Director of Digital Media to focus on cross-campaign strategy as well as develop innovative first to market executions for all releases.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate media launch processes, custom media programs, as well as paid social campaigns in partnership with Digital Marketing, Creative Finishing and Media AOR.
• Manage the day-to-day plan execution with Disney's Media AOR to relay direction, campaign feedback and develop digital media campaign recommendations for assigned Theatrical releases.
• Implement flawless and innovative media campaigns by monitoring live confirmations, Q&A process, as well as overarching campaign management including weekly media performance optimizations, makegoods, and digital rotation.
• Collaborate with broader Media team including the Digital Media Director and Media Leads to develop strategic campaigns for Theatrical releases.
• Partner with Digital Media Director to review executive deliverables and ensure strategic oversight is being applied across all campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with digital partners to drive innovative and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain knowledge of digital media best practices, trends and industry developments and share learnings with cross functional teams.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in media planning, buying, and executing across multiple platforms with an emphasis in Digital.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Up to date knowledge of publishers, content creators, media technologies, and related suppliers.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through.
• Passionate about traditional and digital media as well as movie marketing.
• Strong written and presentation skills as well as ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of digital ad serving, tracking and implementation.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint/Keynote.
Required Education
BA or equivalent work experience.
