Assist VP in the strategic planning, creation, execution, presentation, and production of theatrical print and streaming platform creative campaigns for various theatrical and Disney streaming film/series properties (as well as miscellaneous other creative projects as assigned) in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Campaign materials include logos, one sheets, printed and digital out-of-home, in theater materials, print collateral, digital assets, streaming platform and partner suite content. Work in close partnership and creative collaboration with various Studio and production teams, creative/production/media agencies, etc. Manage and traffic all the various final, in progress assets. Manage and mentor Coordinator, Creative Advertising – Print team member.
Responsibilities:
Theatrical
• Assist VP in the brainstorming, development, creation, execution of various print campaign materials. This includes participating in the creative briefs and management of campaign assignments given to creative partners and Agencies, reviewing/art directing/relaying creative feedback of incoming creative materials/rounds, ensuring our creative partners/agencies have all the materials they need to work on our campaigns, etc.
• Assist VP in the management of the finishing of various approved print campaign materials. This includes the assignment to a finishing agency, communication of all required finishing direction/file spec requirements/deadlines, reviewing/art directing/relaying feedback of incoming rounds, ensuring our finishing agencies have all the materials they need to complete project, make sure all finished assets are distributed to the appropriate agencies and printers for production, etc.
• Assist VP and Print Production team in the management of the production of various approved print campaign materials from pre-press stage through printing, shipping, and posting
• Fields and manages incoming creative review requests, materials requests, material needs and general inquiries from internal and external departments regarding creative materials and reviews, consults, and/or addresses in a timely manner.
Disney
• Assist VP in the brainstorming, development, creation, execution of various Disney streaming campaign, Platform and Partner materials. This would include participating in the creative briefs and the management of campaign assignments given to creative partners and Agencies, reviewing/art directing/relaying creative feedback of incoming creative materials/rounds, ensuring our creative partners/agencies have all the materials they need to work on our campaigns, etc.
• Manages tight deadlines for a multitude of Disney asset deliverables simultaneously and keeps consistent communication with DTCI teams on status for each project
• Ensures high-quality creative and deliverables for each title's in-service product and partner suites:
• Assist VP and Print Production team in the management of the production of various approved print campaign materials from pre-press stage through printing, shipping and posting. This includes the retrieval and trafficking of all media buys assignment to a production agency, the communication of all required production direction/file spec requirements/deadlines, reviewing/art directing/relaying feedback of incoming rounds, ensuring our production agencies have all the materials they need to complete project, the management of deadlines, trafficking of the various mechanicals (review, approvals, delivery, etc.), attend press checks and review color as necessary, etc.
General
• Manage all theatrical and Disney campaign budgets, spending, invoice processing and payments, etc. Manage the negotiation of all expenditures with agencies, etc. and make sure all expenditures come within our allotted budgets.
• Gathers and manages all source materials needed to aid the creative process
• Assists with and/or participates in the presentation of campaigns, assists with and manages the meeting setup; ensures accurate notetaking during creative presentations and meetings.
• Supervise/manage/assist Coordinator in managing of all the various final, in progress, reference campaign and film digital assets
• Supervise/manage/assist Coordinator in managing of the Promotional Style Guide for each title, creative directs design with creative strategy in mind, ensuring assets are included in guide as per campaign strategy, then routes through appropriate approvals, and distributes final guide to Promotional partners in a timely manner as guide is updated.
• Supervise the Coordinator in securing and managing stock licenses, tracking legal approvals for various campaigns
Basic Qualifications:
• Passionate about creative advertising a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field required.
• 3-5 years of creative advertising experience preferably within the theatrical and/or streaming entertainment industry required.
• Graphic design/art direction background desired. Keen eye for design and the ability to art direct the development of creative advertising materials required.
• Experience working with Photoshop and Illustrator files and knowledge of graphic terminology required.
• Print finishing and production knowledge required.
• Experience in successfully managing large campaign budgets, negotiating budget expenditures, etc.
• Experience interfacing with high-level executives and filmmakers needed.
• Advanced and exceptional skills in project management required.
• Creative Agency management/interfacing/art direction experience required.
• Computer skills required – MAC: Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and Keynote. Proficiency needed with Photoshop and Illustrator needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability work well within a team

• Ability to manage large volumes of projects
