A24 is looking for a Coordinator to provide support to our global licensing team.
Responsibilities will include TV & Film sales market coordination, client servicing support, operations maintenance, schedule management, availability tracking and report production, and general departmental administrative tasks. This person is acutely detail-oriented, hungry to support a growing business, with a client-focused mindset.
Please note this role is based in NY and candidates must be able to work in-person from our NY office.
Initial Responsibilities
• Support the Marketing & Events Associate with logistical and administrative aspects of a TV or film market - scheduling meetings, setting up offices, booking transportation, welcoming clients, coordinating technical set-up, etc.
• Track festival interest and requests, and liaise with festivals and internal team on submissions
• Produce availability reports for all TV and Film content as necessary using Airtable and/or any custom-built database
• Update the necessary team databases (internally built database, AirTable, Google Sheets, etc.), with in progress package/offer details, including SVOD and AVOD deals
• Send screening links and run screening reports, send scripts, set up in-theater screenings
• Report and monitor deal status (including legal and delivery) of television and film sales to broadcasters and VOD platforms worldwide
• Conduct and compile research on markets and monetization opportunities including, but not limited to: ratings and sales data, box office analysis, territory-specific industry trends, distribution platform detail, and competitive distribution landscape summaries
• Organize and maintain sales data within the broadcaster and VOD platforms sales team including supporting revenue data ingestion needs
• Time permitting, growing sales responsibilities on specific territories and deals
• Actively track return of availabilities across product lines on library titles on a territory-by-territory basis
• Support the Global Sales team with scheduling, expenses, invoices, and ad hoc administrative tasks
• Liaise with home entertainment team to support direct transactional distribution opportunities when rights return
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., delivery, marketing, publicity) in order to service international partners
• Coordinate with Business and Legal Affairs to manage sales contracts
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment, ideally in an administrative client-facing capacity. Prior experience or knowledge of the international sales industry is helpful.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Airtable
• Strong aptitude for learning and leveraging new technologies and tools
• A passion for film and television
• Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, time management, project management and organization
• Strong analytical, modeling and reporting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven, efficient, curious, and resourceful
• Ability to speak additional languages is a plus
• Adaptable, eager to learn and receptive to feedback
Salary/Benefits
$24.00 - $26.00 /hour USD
Actual starting hourly rate within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
