Animation Production Assistant

A24 is looking for an Animation Production Assistant to join a new adult animated series.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Coordinators, Production Supervisor, and Production Manager
• Ensuring all members of production have the necessary tools needed to complete their tasks
• Taking notes during meetings and distributing them amongst team members
• Maintain tracking documents
• File re-naming and clean-ups
• Storyboard tracking
• Design tracking
• File management, moving files, and server organization
• Overseas shipment preparation

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience using Google Sheets, Photoshop, Shot Grid, and Storyboard Pro a plus
• Ability to take quick and clear notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in animation production preferred but not required

Covid-19 Update:
Production is currently planning for a remote start with the possibility of returning to an office setting if needed when it is safe to do so, with proper protocols in place.
