A24 is looking for an Animation Director for a new adult animated series
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Producers and the animation team, seeing through the creative vision for each episode
• Help set the look of the show with the creative leads
• Create reference animation and style guides for animators
• Oversee and give notes on animation
• Assist with retakes when needed to help meet creative goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of experience as an animation director in episodic animated television
• Must possess strong Harmony skills
• Knowledge of 2D animation and a thorough understanding of a 2D production pipeline
• Strong communicator
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Highly creative with unique ideas for meeting the needs of the series
Covid-19 Update:
Production is currently planning for a remote start with the possibility of returning to an office setting if needed when it is safe to do so, with proper protocols in place.
