Job Description

THE ROLE: Writer/Producer, Marketing & Promotion

Conceive, conceptualize, and execute breakthrough on air promotional spots, multiplatform launch campai gns , paid social and digital campaigns .

• Proficient in conceptualizing and executing ideas for launch campaigns, paid social and digital.
• Proficient in writing clever, and imaginative copy
• Approaching proficiency in perform ing a rough edit with editing software.
• Proficient in creating breakthrough content working with insights from strategic briefs.
• A pproaching proficiency in understanding and articulating research data.
• Must be innovative, detailed oriented and passionate about visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
• Think conceptually and b e able to articulate a vision for creative campaigns.
• Work independently with minimal direction and deliver high level creative based on the brief.
• Multitask handling a large volume of work at different stages of development.
• Have a strong understanding of the brand and their viewers.
• Must be able to create against RFP's.
• Can receive, interpret and executive effectively against all feedback.
• Be a team player

YOUR STORY/THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED: Writer/Producer, Marketing & Promotion
• At least 3 years relevant industry experience with work as a Writer/Producer in marketing promotions preferred.
• Proficient in writing effectively to reach audiences on all platforms - promo, marketing copy, social media, digital, and editorial.
• Understanding of non-linear platforms including FAST, AVOD, DTC, etc , and how best to communicate on those platforms.
• A dvanced knowledge of TikTok, Youtube , Instagram and Facebook from a content perspective.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills needed and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Advanced effective written communication for pitches.
• Proficiency of editing software (premiere, AVID), motion graphics software (After Effects).
• Proficiency of video production, filming on set, and post-production , editorial, sound design, mix, color grade finishing.
• Advanced on set experience interviewing talent.
• Advanced sense of music usage and sound design.
• Approaching proficiency with Airtable.
• Detailed-oriented and extremely organized.
• Must have the ability to work independently, efficiently and be able to meet deadlines under strict time constraints.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others.

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $68,109 - $88,048Annual Incentive Target: 10.00%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
