• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor. Synthesize complex financial, competitive, market, and operational information into clear recommendations and effectively communicate the strategic rationale, risks, tradeoffs, and potential value of opportunities to executive stakeholders.
• Provide governance and stewardship of strategic investments. Represent A+E, as appropriate, on the corporate boards of portfolio investments, monitoring performance, contributing strategic perspective, and protecting A+E's interests while building productive relationships with management teams and fellow investors.
• Support highly confidential enterprise priorities. Gather, analyze, and synthesize sensitive information in support of the Office of the Chairman and other senior executives, exercising exceptional judgment, discretion, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Executive-level written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex issues and communicate recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior leaders, boards, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment, balancing multiple high-priority initiatives while demonstrating ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and accountability.
