Salary:
• Annual pay range: $267,521 - $321,025, with an annual incentive target of 35%

Required Experience:
• Extensive experience developing and producing movies/series
• Established relationships in the creative community, including producers, directors, writers, and agents
• Proven record of people management with mentorship, coaching, and direct report management

Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Experience in international and acquisitions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strategic mindset and creative executive abilities

Job Description:
The SVP, Movie Development & Programming at Lifetime will lead the creative and operational direction for movie programming, overseeing development, production, and acquisition processes. This role involves creating a vision and master plan for new original content and collaborating with producers, agents, and talent to enhance Lifetime’s programming lineup. The SVP will work closely with marketing, research, content sales, and distribution to ensure successful program launches, while managing and mentoring a team to foster a high-performing, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the movie programming team, directing the development and production of original and acquired movies
• Establish and nurture relationships within the creative community to attract new content and talent
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards for multiple projects
• Collaborate with internal departments to support marketing and promotions
• Maintain a strong understanding of audience preferences to create engaging content

Compensation:
