Job Description
THE ROLE: Streaming Partner Specialist
The Streaming Partner Specialist will be responsible for managing the operations of A+E's FAST channels including onboarding new partners, quality control and cultivating best operational practices. Additionally, you will be involved in the ideation and implementation of operational workflow enhancements focused on creating a premiere consumer experience for digital content licensing platforms. You will work to distribute A+E content directly with leading digital AVOD, SVOD and television streaming platforms such as Samsung, Roku, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and more.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Successfully on-board new partners and vendors for A+E domestic and international free ad supported television channels (FAST). Monitor and confirm the deliveries of materials including video content, metadata, schedules, and artwork needed to launch products across new partners' platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to audit partner platforms to ensure content is live / taken down correctly and on time for FAST, SVOD and AVOD. Verify that titles are presented properly on platforms inclusive of artwork, metadata, and menu placement.
• Conduct partner communication needed to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies found on partners' platforms and devices.
• Assist Sr. Manager and VP in identifying opportunities to incorporate AI tools to help gather and organize new business intelligence and track contract obligations.
• Support team in developing and maintaining a central depository of all FAST related information.
• Spearhead partner platform reviews and provide recommendations focused on content availability, branding and menu placements.
• Assist VP in the management of the FAST vendor relationships including billing compliance checks, product roadmap and competitive analysis.
• Act as a key operations liaison between GCS sales, FAST vendors, and ad sales in the successful deployment of DAI on A+E FAST channels.
• Identify, develop, and implement best in class practices across teams focused on improving customer experience and internal deployment processes of A+E's FAST channels.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends. Support general business development efforts including industry research, due diligence, and creation of presentations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills including project prioritization, and critical thinking.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Air Table and desire to learn new systems.
• Interested and has familiarity with the digital streaming landscape and platforms.
• This candidate will be an effective communicator with an organizational skill set and a passion for innovative thinking.
CompensationHourly Pay Range: $29.33 - $39.56Annual Incentive Target: 5%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
