Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A&E is looking for a Sen ior Production Manager?for the?Marketing Production Operations department. - The Senior Production Manager is a strong leader who is skilled in the project management of video assets for On-Air and Paid Media campaigns, including social. You will be responsible for?budget oversight, project?planning, and?managing?timelines, often with tightly defined deadlines, with an attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset and can-do attitude. You should be a strong manager who is knowledgeable in the production of content across all platforms and multiple formats. You will be?critical in the?communication?between creative teams and?all relevant?departments.? You'll be asked?to challenge our processes to adapt to an?ever-changing?landscape, and partner with us to excel in all that we do.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Senior Production Manager, A&E , Marketing Production Operations :
• Lead?production operations on all? video deliverables across A&E.
• Oversee?budget planning across A&E On Air & Print/Design.
• Manage workloads of producers?and vendors , including?balancing projects based on priority?and timelines across all projects?.
• Use tact, candor, and creative solutions to manage and overcome logistical and creative hurdles directly with partners and colleagues.
• Partner with the Design production team to ensure all projects are supported operationally.
• Have strong knowledge of graphics/design/post-production?.
• Responsible for external?creative?vendor and agency projects & relationships.
• Support creative directors and VP on A&E in long-term?campaign planning and tracking, project oversight, and?management of creative?approvals.
• Manage off-air paid?campaign timelines and deliveries alongside consumer marketing.
• Responsible for? Airtable budget workflow , including purchase requests and invoices.
• Facilitate internal client requests and delivery of content for various departments.
• Project manage the delivery of assets for Fast Channels and Emerging Platforms as needed.
• Responsible for Legal & S&P approval across all?projects for A&E.
• Help structure and improve workflow for creative?production teams for maximum efficiency and clarity.
• Provide production support on new business initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with Production Services team to improve production operations processes.
• Train new producers, coordinators, PA's on workflow and software.
• Oversee?coordinator ; evaluating employee contribution, performance, and development - .
• Manage music and footage licensing.
• Oversee utilization and scheduling of producers in edit rooms?.
• Develop a keen understanding of the brands.
• Ability to support the department on timelines and budgets.
• Develop knowledge of social media platforms, video codecs, graphic design, file formats, and their workflows in relation to post-production, especially with regards to ongoing trends in the industry.
• Partner effectively with the creative team to produce best-in-class creative.
• Highly-effective communication around deadlines and project status to senior management, as necessary.

YOUR STORY :
• 5 or more years working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team, with relevant work experience in production management or coordination.
• Candidate should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Must be able to communicate and present, clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, including to large groups.
• Passion for Entertainment, Media, and Pop Culture/
• M ust be able to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to consistently deliver without requiring significant oversight.
• Ability to deliver against tight deadlines, always with a can-do attitude and solutions-oriented approach.
• Willingness to express new ideas and think outside the box.
• Working knowledge of cross-discipline skills in order to support and cover Production teammates.
• Proficient in budget and time/schedule management .
• Pitch-in to support across the department, occasionally requiring nights or weekend work, on short notice.
• Strong knowledge of post-production.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, video codecs, graphic design, file formats, and their workflows in relation to post-production.
• Proficient in Airtable (or other Project Management Tools), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $82,250 - $118,000Annual Incentive Target: 15.00%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
