Senior Manager, People Partner (Hybrid & Remote Options Available)
Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Global Media operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).
Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT.

Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a high-performing Senior Manager, People Partner to join our People Team and support key divisions across A+E Global Media. This role is critical in helping shape and deliver HR strategies that align with business goals while fostering a strong and inclusive team culture. You'll be embedded with leaders and teams to provide coaching, guidance, and support across a wide range of People priorities-from performance management and engagement to organizational design and change enablement.
You'll collaborate closely with our HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) in compensation, talent acquisition, and learning & development to help deliver people strategies that make a real impact. What You'll Do
• Serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders, providing hands-on guidance across talent strategy, employee relations, performance, and development.
• Help teams navigate and adapt through change by applying sound change management practices and communication strategies.
• Leverage business and employee data to identify trends, inform decisions, and enhance the employee experience.
• Partner with COEs to align and deliver HR programs such as compensation planning, hiring strategies, talent reviews, and employee engagement efforts.
• Support workforce planning, org design initiatives, and development planning to strengthen our talent pipeline and succession readiness.
• Help create an environment where all employees can thrive.

Basic Qualifications
• At least 5+ years of progressive HR experience

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $131,272 - $153,588Annual Incentive Target: 15.00%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
