Create compelling go-to-market materials (sales collateral materials, direct mail campaigns, trade advertising, upfront presentation tool kit, etc.) across A+E Networks' portfolio of platforms on behalf of the National Ad Sales organization to proactively increase the value perception of A+E Networks properties, platforms, franchises and programs.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Write materials such as POVs, e-newsletters, e-blasts, project briefs, sales go-to-market playbooks, B2B trade ads, background documents and presentation talking points for sales team
• Synthesize, interpret and ''translate'' data and research findings into sales communications
• Create, develop and manage cross-property sales materials - presentations, videos, one-sheets, calendars, etc.
• Develop and implement strategic messaging in relevant trade publications. Work with counterparts in research, PR, programming and marketing to ensure efficient, effective and accurate positioning.
• Manage development of compelling multi-media presentations and deliver accompanying collateral to sales.

• Excellent writing, presentation & strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, organizational and strong analytical skills
• Advanced PowerPoint technical and design strength, along with strong Word and Excel skills
• Strong understanding of sales research and the ability to analyze, interpret and integrate data into persuasive stories
• Strong conceptual skills, solid strategic instincts and the professional maturity needed to understand the needs of advertisers and sales management and communicate those needs effectively with our consultants, programming and marketing groups
• Good judgement, willingness to take calculated risks, efficient decision-making acumen
• Ability to undertake complex assignments, meet tight deadlines, operate with a strong sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Alertness to ever-evolving ad sales needs both collectively and individually
• Awareness of competitive activity and industry trends, in order to proactively create new approaches to address changing marketing issues and needs
• Strong knowledge of cable industry
• Project management track record.
• 5-7 years of Marketing/Promotion experience in an ad sales environment; ad agency experience a plus
