Job Description
The Production Manager, Platform Art Studio will lead operational and multiplatform design projects with an attention to detail and a combination of innovation, creativity, and collaboration. You'll be required to execute a high-volume of projects, often with tightly-defined deadlines, with an attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset and attitude. You should be a strong manager who is knowledgeable in the production of content across all platforms and multiple formats. You'll be asked to challenge our processes to adapt to an ever-changing landscape, and partner with us to excel in all that we do.

• Bring your passion for production, and an openness to sharing and hearing new ideas, with a drive to continue making us a best-in-class production team
• Lead design production and process for our wide-array of multiplatform content, on-time and on-budget, with a focus on efficiency.
• Facilitate and maintain relationships with external creative vendors
• Spearhead communication of project status, metrics, and reports to stakeholders
• Assign and manage workload of creative finishing team
• Onboard vendors and negotiate and manage project budgets
• Navigate licensing, rights, and clearances for original creative
• Have a passion and aptitude for establishing and maintaining sustainable processes
• Collaborate with partners across other divisions in planning and asset development
• Maintain an environment that supports cross-functional partnership and proactive innovation
• Keep abreast of all platforms, and look for efficient solutions as new opportunities arise.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
You'll be asked to challenge our processes to adapt to an ever-changing landscape.

As a team leader, you'll be the face of the relationship with new and various A+E departments and stakeholders to learn the goals, needs and direction of the business at large.
YOUR STORY:
• 2-3+ years working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team, with relevant work experience in production management or coordination
• Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Must be able to communicate and present, clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, including to large groups.
• Passion for Entertainment, Media, and Pop Culture
• Must be able to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to consistently deliver without requiring significant oversight
• Ability to deliver against tight deadlines, always with a can-do attitude and solutions-oriented approach.
• Willingness to express new ideas and think outside the box
• Working knowledge of cross-discipline skills in order to support and cover Production teammates.
• Proficient in budget and time/schedule management
• Pitch-in to support across the department, occasionally requiring nights or weekend work, on short notice
• Strong knowledge of design post-production
• Proficiency in social media platforms, video codecs, graphic design, file formats, and their workflows in relation to post-production.
• Proficient in Airtable (or other Project Management Tools), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $65,868 - $85,066Annual Incentive Target: 12.50%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
