Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A E Networks on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than eighteen (18) months. The Role: Production Lead, Branded Content (Temporary) The Production Lead, Branded Content plays a key role in a department where creativity, marketing and commerce all come together. You'll be a brand representative for A E brands and helping to drive revenue and audience awareness across multiple platforms. This is a temporary, non-staff, position. Requirements: We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Centralized Production team. The ideal candidate will be naturally collaborative and curious. They'll know how to get things done, through both formal and informal channels. They must demonstrate accountability and delivery of consistent results on a daily basis. More About What You'll Do: List of Responsibilities - Provide timelines and estimated budgets for pre-sale pitches - Facilitate creation of pre-sale pitch elements such as RFP ideas, IPMs, taggable content, sizzles, etc. - Hire and manage vendors - Maintain budgets and project timeline - Coordinate communication across various teams – Creatives, Vendors, Partnerships, Legal - Archive and track completed pre-sale elements for tagging use - Plan/manage various custom content shoots and post projects for A&E, History, Lifetime, and FYI - Hire and manage vendors - Maintain budgets and project timeline - Coordinate communication across various teams – Creatives, Vendors, Partnerships, Legal - Communicate and coordinate with 360 Production to ensure COVID guidelines are being met - Facilitate archiving of shoot footage with Production Operations - Track and archive all final custom deliverables - Provide and track various project documentation – i.e. MSA, SOWs, releases - Advise on technical specs for deliverables - Supervise team's coordinator - Supervise Production Operations AP's creation of tagging elements - Manage team's edit rooms, graphic allocation, and audio mix sessions - Facilitate and run meetings between internal departments - Familiarize yourself with legal guardrails for sponsored elements - Track department budget and align weekly with Partnerships budget manager - Build monthly expense report (as needed) - Manage and update AirTable project entries Programs to know/learn: OAP Mediapulse AirTable Wiredrive Citrix (Server that holds OAP and MediaPulse) Preferred Qualifications Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and be able to multitask/handle many projects at once in a team-oriented environment 4 years in Project Management in TV or Advertising Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Must be able to work independently and under pressure Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong knowledge of video codecs, file formats and their workflows in relation to post-production Familiarity with Hot Budget or similar budgetary program a plus Familiarity with AirTable a plus Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere and/or Avid a plus
