Job Description
THE ROLE:
The Production Coordinator, Brand Studio Post plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end execution of marketing video content across platforms. While primarily focused on Brand Studio Post operations, this role also provides production, project coordination, and operational support across Marketing Production Operations functions as business needs evolve.
This position supports production schedules, post-production workflows, asset management, and delivery operations while serving as a key communication link between Brand Studio Post and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with an interest in post-production, creative operations, and workflow optimization.
The Production Coordinator contributes to both operational efficiency and creative execution, helping ensure projects move smoothly from production through final delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Support Brand Studio Postproduction operations across all video deliverables, ensuring projects progress efficiently from production through final delivery.
• Maintain and manage production schedules, voiceover sessions, audio mixes, and delivery timelines, proactively identifying and communicating risks.
• Partner with BSP Producers and Production Managers to support post-production workflows including finishing, submastering, asset tracking, and final distribution.
• Maintain and optimize Airtable systems, voiceover libraries, missing asset reports, graphics toolkits, and other operational tracking tools.
• Coordinate timelines and asset delivery for off-air paid campaigns and other multiplatform initiatives.
• Execute junior-level creative assignments including supervising edits for short-form promotional content and supporting creative production needs.
• Identify workflow improvements, support cross-training initiatives, and leverage Airtable, Orange Logic, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and team effectiveness.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Entry-level position. Relevant internship or industry work experience in production coordination, post-production support, or marketing production operations will be considered. Experience supporting creative, post-production, or media workflows preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of post-production workflows, social media platforms, graphic design, file formats, and delivery processes.
• Proficiency with Airtable, Microsoft Office, and related project management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar editing platforms a plus.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows and productivity.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Salary/Benefits
$29.30 - $32.97 /hour USD
Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
