Job Description
The Producer, Brand Studio Post, Marketing Production Operations, will help support and assist the Video Finishing team to complete the post-production process for all on - air promotional spots, launch campai gns , paid social and digital campaigns .
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Work closely with Executive Producer, Production and Senior Producers to shepherd projects through entire video finishing process for all platforms, including off-air media campaigns.
• Oversee and direct VO sessions.
• Revise promos to adjust for new messaging and/or new opportunities , including for off-air campaign messaging.
• Execute client video requests as needed.
• Create cutdowns of promos and update footage of existing promos as needed, including Affiliate and Fast Channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure priorities and deadlines are met .
• P rovide support to the Executive Producer on screening and creating select reels .
• Partner with brand C reative Producers to understand brand creative principles to ensure highest quality finishing process .
• Support Executive Producer and brand creative teams on projects as necessary.
• Help create and maintain a reference library of inspiring video references and music selects .
• Work with production operations to evolve & refine workflow.
YOUR STORY
• 3+ years video?production/post-production? or related work experience.
• Basic writing and producing content experience for broadcast , cable or streaming network .
• Knowledge of video production and post - production, editorial, motion graphics and sound design.
• Must be able to work independently and with a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to consistently deliver without requiring significant oversight.
• Candidate should be detail-oriented and?able to manage multiple projects at?once?in a team-oriented, collaborative?environment.??
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both?verbally and in writing.
• - Ability to deliver against tight deadlines,?always with a can-do attitude and'solutions-oriented approach.??
• Willingness to express new ideas and? think outside the box - ?.
• Passion for Entertainment, Media, and?Pop Culture?.
• Knowledge of social media?platforms, video codecs, graphic design,?file formats, and their workflows in?relation to post-production, especially?with regards to ongoing trends in the?industry.?
• Ability to perform a rough edit in Avid and/or Premiere editing software. After Effects skills a plus

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $68,109 - $88,048Annual Incentive Target: 10.00%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
