Job Description THE ROLE - PHOTO PRODUCER The candidate should be an experienced Producer with a strong background in Photography, Media, or the Arts. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked for an Ad Agency, Production Company, Television Network or Studio, and has experience producing multiple photo shoots at one given time. This position requires someone who is meticulously organized, with a hawk eye for detail, and a curiosity for how things are made. The key focuses include highly advanced communication skills, superior knowledge of both scripted and unscripted programming as well as an in depth understanding of photo production. MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO Structuring multiple photo shoots from ideation to completion Work closely with key members of Programing, Social, Digital, Marketing, Publicity and Creative teams to determine the best possible production approach to meet all Department needs Attend key strategic Programming and Marketing meetings and disseminate key information to the rest the team Partner with Production Companies to determine best opportunities for Portraiture, Editorial, Unit and BTS coverage Input and manage all photo production information into Network project management system Follow direction and support Photo Production Director to build budgets and timelines for photo shoots Collaborate with Photo Editors and Art Directors to assign Photographers and provide production information for Creative Direction and Photo Briefs Assign Photographers to cover specific shoot days, ensure they follow creative direction and timelines accordingly Create, communicate and distribute project timelines and photo shoot details to key members of the Production Companies and Partners Assemble and distribute production details including, shoot memos, call sheets, and production specifics Work with Asset Manager on processing final files and shoot delivery, ensuring all files are delivered correctly to the asset manager Schedule and meet with Photographers and Agents to build relationships and foster new talent YOUR STORY 3 - 5 years' experience within either Production, Photographic, Design or Art Industries Creative Degree level of Education preferred Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop; Bridge; InDesign Strong people person with the ability to work on multiple projects at any one time Compensation Annual Pay Range: $66,396 - $80,970 Annual Incentive Target: 7.50% *The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
