Job Description
About the Role
We're seeking a high-potential People Partner to join our team, an early-career HR leader ready to own client relationships, make an impact, and grow with the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage your own division/function while being coached and developed by senior HR leadership.
As a People Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders, supporting day-to-day people operations, driving engagement and development, and helping shape an inclusive, high-performing culture. You'll collaborate closely with our HR Centers of Expertise (COEs)-including compensation, talent acquisition, L&D, and organizational effectiveness to deliver impactful programs and support.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role ideal for someone with foundational HR experience who's looking to deepen their expertise, work directly with business leaders, and contribute to meaningful organizational growth.
What You'll Do
• Own day-to-day HR partnership for assigned client group(s), providing direct support to managers and employees across a variety of people needs
• Serve as a trusted partner to leaders on topics including onboarding, engagement, performance, employee relations, team dynamics, and employee development
• Work cross-functionally with COEs to support execution of compensation planning, recruiting efforts, talent programs, and learning opportunities
• Identify trends in team feedback, performance, and engagement; provide insights and recommendations to drive a positive employee experience
• Partner with SVP, People Partners on divisional people strategies and help implement change initiatives, talent planning, and communications
• Contribute to culture-building and other efforts while promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace

What You Bring
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience (as an HR Coordinator, Generalist, or People Partner) in a dynamic environment

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $73,913 - $85,000Annual Incentive Target: 7.50%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
