Job Description
THE ROLE: Manager, Post Production
The Post Production Manager serves as the central administrative resource for editorial teams, working closely with producers, editors, vendors, and network teams to ensure all shows are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of post workflows, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Manage deliverable completion and legal operations for shows
• Interface with show teams and guide their workflows
• Update department and division wide trackers
• Act as an additional resource for show teams during peak times
• Stand in for the Senior Manager, Post Production when they are unavailable
• Laisse with other divisions to ensure their needs are met
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in post-production management.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume environment.
• Deep understanding of offline, online, color, sound mix, VFX, and delivery workflows.
• Proficiency with post tools (e.g., Avid, Premiere, Adobe Suite, Aspera, Google Suite)

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $96,581 - $113,000Annual Incentive Target: 12.50%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
