Job Description

THE ROLE: Manager, Current Production
As the Manager, Current Production you will oversee the business, logistical, and technical aspects of productions. This role focuses on managing the full scope of standard productions, typically one at a time, from pre-production through delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage daily supervision of specific productions, ensuring smooth execution from pre-production to delivery.
• Develop and implement production plans and budgets.
• Track, reconcile, and report on production budgets and schedules.
• Book crews, scout locations, and oversee travel arrangements.
• Participate in resolving resource conflicts among creative and technical teams.
• Interact with internal and external peers and managers to exchange relevant information related to assigned activities.
• Implement assigned projects independently with regular guidance, applying independent judgment.

YOUR STORY
• You have 3 or more years of progressively complex experience in production management.
• You demonstrate proficiency in several areas of the professional function.
• You excel at effectively resolving problems and roadblocks as they arise.
• You thrive in managing short-term assignments and projects independently with regular supervisory guidance.
• Your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders ensures the success of your productions.

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $79,961 - $93,554Annual Incentive Target: 12.50%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
