THE ROLE: MANAGER, CONTENT RESEARCH
Manage the strategic analysis of viewing data to drive actionable insights and recommendations for A+E Networks' global digital presence. You will fulfill the daily analytical needs of Programming, Scheduling, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Regularly brief senior management on performance trends, providing expert analysis to inform key business decisions. Collaborate with the VP to develop sophisticated, data-driven strategies and forecasts that track multiplatform performance.

Curate Cross-Platform Actionable Insights
• Interpret complex data sets to identify key trends and deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations.
• Assess A+E Networks' content consumption across platforms and territories.
• Present insights on performance, driving informed business strategies.
• Craft data-led sales narratives using presentations, one-sheets, and infographics.
• Monitor and communicate industry trends and competitive intelligence.
• Design efficient project plans for ad hoc requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on A+E’s content and global audience, providing strategic guidance across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into business objectives.
Focus on Global FAST Channel Viewership
• Forecast FAST viewership across territories, channels, partners, and time periods.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize FAST partner and channel viewership.
• Develop methodologies for FAST reporting and validate findings.
• Create FAST partner business review presentations.
• Support the VP in crafting large-scale strategy decks with key insights and recommendations.
• Manage FAST monthly reporting processes.
• Maintain relationships with key FAST data providers.
Oversee Data and Dashboard Management
• Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of all critical Global FAST data sets.
• Lead the development of cross-platform FAST reporting solutions.
• Liaise between partners, analysts, and the data team to meet business requirements.

YOUR STORY:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Media Studies, Communications, Statistics, Data Analysis).
• 2+ years of experience in television, research, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with the television and digital media industry, especially in the context of FAST.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation:
Annual Pay Range: $91,907 - $107,532
Annual Incentive Target: 12.50%
