THE ROLE: Integrated Sales Planner
This position will assist sales staff in their efforts to maximize the advertising revenue for A+E Networks by creating plans and integrated proposals, stewarding accounts and supporting the Account Executives (AEs) with proposals and deal inventory management. Although ISPs will work on specific clients and with specific AEs, we expect collaborative work environment where everyone pitches in to assist their peers and entire department. Specifically, this position will:
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Build linear and digital plans using Sales Planning guidelines
• Plan building
• Excel and Operative for digital
• PGT and WO for linear- ensure right deal classification, U/S and deal year is marked
• Plan Revisions- including options and expansions
• Inventory inquires- sellouts, programming premieres/number of episodes
• Pricing with VP and Revenue Managers (RM)
• 360 plans/marketing opportunities
• Negotiate digital I/O terms with VP and AE
• Ensure plans are approved
• Plans are booked in Wide Orbit (linear) and Operative (digital)
• Transition contracted digital campaigns to post sales teams via kick off emails/calls
• Steward all guaranteed deals - linking deals (linear)
• Post buy reports (linear)
• Send recap packages as needed and directed by AE and RM
• Collect all elements of plan from agency:
• BB copy, logos for linear
• Tags for digital
• Have knowledge of media terminology- included but not limited to:
• CPM, reweight, CPM increases, remix, reindex, GRPs, RC, Viewability, IVT

• Digital Systems: Operative, Freewheel, MOAT, Yieldex, Microsoft Excel
