THE ROLE: HRIS Coordinator
We currently have an opening for a HRIS Coordinator, part of a team of 3 that supports the HR Systems needs of the company.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Effectively manage day to day application of Workday HCM and other Workday Applications including all integration audits to ensure proper database management and data integrity
• Promote data governance and stewardship to ensure data integrity in the production environment and ADP EV5
• Identify trends in escalated issues and makes recommendations to address the top issues
• Maintain and update HRIS with new hire information, employee information changes (e.g., salary, job title, name and address, etc.), and training information
• Identify and reconcile discrepancies between system and control documents (New Hire Data Form, Personnel Authorization Form, FSA and LTD forms, Benefit Enrollment forms
• Responsible for generating ad hoc HRIS reports as requested
• Responsible for maintaining paper employee files
• Other projects as assigned

YOUR STORY: [ BEHAVIORS] (what you need to have)
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, advanced Excel, Access. Should have proficiency a Human Resources Info Systems (ie., ADP Products, PeopleSoft, Abra, SAP, Infinium). Working knowledge of internet recruiting sources. Strong communication skills (written & oral)
• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources in a medium sized company

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with high attention to detail
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Workday and ADP Enterprise Version 5 a plus
