THE ROLE: Motion Graphics Producer (Temporary)
The Motion Graphics Producer is responsible for the daily supervision of the On-Air Graphics department. There is both an AM shift and a swing shift across the hours of 8:30am to 6pm. Our in house design team provides motion graphic support for all of A+E Networks which includes 50+ edits daily for both in and out of house edit sessions.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Management of daily graphics projects, design supervision and creative shepherding of all session requests and custom projects including Promo elements, Show Opens, In-Show elements, Snipes & Bugs and Affiliate materials. This includes developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the current On-Air packages for each channel, ensuring the 'look & feel' of deliverables are on-brand, and support of staff designers in all aspects of creative and technical execution.
YOUR STORY: [+BEHAVIORS] (what you need to have)
Candidates must have 3+ years' experience in the industry in Post Production or Broadcast Design/Motion Graphics
Applicants must have practical knowledge in all aspects of animation using 2D platforms such as the Adobe Suite (AfterEffects, Photoshop and Illustrator) and in 3D using Element and C4D.
The Graphics Producer manages and delegates assignments to the Graphics Coordinator, as well as oversees that employee's execution of assigned jobs and Admin responsibilities.
The Producer is also responsible for working with the Graphics Director in all aspects of Graphics Production including Estimates/Actualizing, Staff and Freelance Scheduling, Graphics Allocation/Utilization reports, and Internal Billing.
