THE ROLE: Enthusiast Content Strategist
Support the Enthusiast sales, revenue management, programming, partnerships and scheduling teams in driving revenue through managing and strategizing key creative projects related to each team.

• Liaison with the above-mentioned teams to ensure information is properly communicated between the various departments and help drive collaboration, consistency and creativity.
• Build relationships with production companies who are delivering content for each Enthusiast block to allow for seamless delivery of assets on linear, social, and digital)
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Ad Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, and Enthusiast Sales team on the delivery, formatting and deployment of programming partnerships inventory
• Lead and implement marketing led creative conversations for Programming Partnership deals with production companies and internal stakeholders. Could include: delivery specs, timelines, on-air schedules, on-air marketing promos and social production
• Organize and manage financial calendars for payments due from production companies to A+E Networks
• Develop creative strategy and identify available marketing elements for Enthusiast blocks by collaborating with Enthusiast Sales &Revenue Management
• Manage execution of programming led Enthusiast short form. Pieces could then can be used as creative assets for programming or sales clients. Responsibilities include: balancing programming priorities with sales priorities, budget, production timelines, and implementation on linear and social.
• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders who are responsible for Enthusiast talent contracts to ensure consistency with usages rights and fees
• Responsible for case study development of Programming Partnership deals (video or white sheet or PowerPoint presentation)

YOUR STORY: [+BEHAVIORS] (what you need to have)
• College degree
• 8+ Years of industry experience AND 5+ years integrated/partnerships experience.
• Advanced knowledge of sales process and Integrated Marketing best practices
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of cable industry
• Skills in diplomacy required.
• Ad agency and/or client experience a plus
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Need to be able to multi-task and efficiently manage time & priorities.
