Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Networks operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).

Job Description

THE ROLE: Designer

The D esigner is responsible for executing best-in-class multiplatform static design for A+E marketing content.

DESIGNER J OB DESCRIPTION :
• E xecute brand and series campaign design elements including but not limited to:
• Key art
• Logo design
• Print and OOH
• Paid social and digital advertising campaigns
• Branded collateral
• Press kits
• Participate in p itch es for design content
• E xecute on day-to-day design projects
• Receive, interpret and execute effectively against all feedback.
• Work to fulfill multiple projects, delivery schedules and campaign elements – includ ing needs for broadcast, off channel/paid media, affiliate, PR, and consumer products.
• Meet design goals within the context of your assignments.

THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED:
• Prof icient in Adobe Creative Cloud software and industry standard programs
• Proficient in industry standard file formats and deliverables for both Print/Online Advertising
• Foundational knowledge in pre-press, 4 color process .
• Proficient in color theory , typography, texture s and spatial relationships
• Foundational k nowledge in front end design / UI and UX
• Foundational k nowledge in programming languages (E.G. CSS and HTML)
• Foundational k nowledge in content management systems (E.G. Wordpress )

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $65,210 - $85,553Annual Incentive Target: 7.50%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,

competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
