THE ROLE: Coordinator, Standards and Practices Temp
A+E Networks is looking for a freelance coordinator to work on a Content Reassessment Project across all A+E Brands including but not limited to A&E, HISTORY, and Lifetime. As part of the Standards & Practices division within Legal & Business Affairs, this position will help coordinate and track those decisions across platforms and systems and report into both the VP and Director of S&P. This project based position can be done remotely and is projected to take 3-6 months.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Assist in managing review assignments.
• Track decisions/recommendations and document in PPL and/or Jaguar systems.
• Support S&P Review Team as editorial assistant in content review.
• Assist in updating and maintaining S&P educational material and schedule education sessions for departments throughout the company.
YOUR STORY:
• Bachelor's degree and/or experience in television production or a related field.
• Must be organized, detailed oriented and possess strong communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong skills in MS Word and Excel, and proficient in learning new systems.
• Must be composed, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
• Must be a team player who can work in an environment of collaboration and collegiality with colleagues and clients.
• Must be able to receive and implement feedback.
