Coord, Social Media/Fan Engagement-Temp
The social media coordinator is responsible for maintaining the day to day updating of our social media platforms. This person will ensure brand consistency and posting frequency across all pages. Additionally, this position is responsible for identifying new potential market trends based on competitive research.
Creative
- Manage and input all creative requests for social media content & emails
- Compile requests for on-air/photo shoots with talent
- Input and manage on-air graphics requests
- Light creative work in Photoshop to create graphics used on social
platforms
- Live tweet premiere episodes as needed
Email marketing
- Work with email marketing team to incorporate social priorities into
emails and ideate social media emails
Social Media Management
- Day to day updating of Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram,
Google , Vine
- Ensure all social pages are updated with correct tune-in, artwork, META
data
- Obtain and set up initial social media pages for shows in conjunction
with programming launches
- Manage content marketing based on channel priorities, write copy
accordingly
- Ensure remnant pages are updated and utilized for current promotions
where necessary
Community Management
- Respond to and interact with fans, field questions, and send issues and
trends to appropriate team members
Research
- Analyze competitive landscape for social media and make suggestions for
new vendors and platforms
- Measure success of creative assets and posts to ensure maximum
visibility and engagement
