Coordinator, Post Production Operations (Remote)
Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Networks operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).
Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT.

Division StoryProduction Operations and Engineering consists of a wide range of media centric roles. We are responsible for managing the entire life cycle of A E's programming. This is where we produce, transform, broadcast and distribute content as well as run the tech infrastructure for the Media Supply chain. Job Description
THE ROLE: Coordinator, Post Production Operations
A+E Networks' Production Operations Post Production Coordinators are the first points of contact for internal and external production partners requesting edit support; capturing requestors' needs and translating? them into actionable items to be executed utilizing internal and external post resources.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Administer and oversee media ingest and delivery requests , and audio mix and voice over scheduling , on behalf of production partners.
• Manage a high volume of ingest and delivery request s , including asset identi fication and trafficking.
• Orchestrate post resources, systems, and personnel, to accommodate shifting priorities across partners.
• Onboard and schedule voice over talent and vendors - including auditions – while ensuring legal and financial compliance
• Schedule internal and external post services, such as audio mix and color grading . Assist with prepping and trafficking of source and treated content?related to those services.
Liaise with fellow support teams on proper post protocol such as AVID project naming , proper asset sourcing and delivery , and request vetting.
Participate in fulfillment and scheduling system input, maintenance, and development.
YOUR STORY:
Excellent customer service, critical thinking, and attention to detail?
Ability to work flexible hours when needed, per production and team coverage needs.
3+ years' experience in a high-volume production and/or post-production environment; preferably dealing with broadcast deliverables and clients, or equivalent.?
Working knowledge of post-production scheduling and/or administrative software such as Airtable , Xytech MediaPulse , or an equivalent.??
Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Outlook, Teams, or equivalent??
Technical proficiency with media file formats, file transfer platforms, and file management workflows?
Experience with Avid, Adobe CS, a plus?
CompensationHourly Pay Range: $24.26 - $31.78Annual Incentive Target: 5%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
