Job Title: Coordinator, History Scheduling

Job Summary:
The Coordinator, History Scheduling, works with the History Scheduling, Acquisition, and Strategy team to manage the PAC process, assist in producing program enhancements, and support the SVP of Strategy and Acquisitions. The role requires managing daily scheduling tasks, collaborating with production teams, and contributing to programming strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the PAC process, compiling and organizing monthly Series and Development approval documents
• Provide administrative support to the SVP of Strategy and Acquisitions
• Assist the internal Executive Producer with tasks related to producing enhancements, specials, and compilations
• Screen and log programs from the A+E Archive Library for enhancements and specials
• Collaborate with Programming and Production Operations to ensure enhancements are approved and delivered on time
• Work with production companies to acquire necessary information for producing content
• Assist the Acquisition team in screening and evaluating potential new programs
• Support the Scheduling team with various projects related to standard operations
• Contribute to new programming strategies on History linear and non-linear platforms
Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in television, film, or media organization, including internships
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Television, or related field preferred but not required
• Knowledge of television programming and the pop culture competitive landscape
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Interest in data analysis and applying data-driven solutions
Salary:
$30.41 - $34.21 per hour
Annual incentive target: 5%
