Coordinator – Digital Distribution Partner Marketing (Temporary)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate development and deployment of partner marketing creative. Tasks include:
• Working closely with creative team (project managers, designers, editors, producers, etc.)
• Submitting requests for key art, clips, promos, posters, etc.
• Clearly communicating requested deliverables and deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of assets
• Tracking progress and schedules and keeping the team to task
• Contributing to creative feedback with a keen attention to detail
• Assist in asset management for international distribution of shows
• Organizing, selecting, and tracking show key art and photography
• Requesting/tracking music licensing information
• Upload, update, and manage all team materials on Box
• Manage detailed project calendars, timelines, status documents, asset trackers, schedules, links, and other deliverables on Airtable
• Ensuring that AirTable and project trackers are organized and up-to-date
• Tracking upcoming and active campaigns across platforms and priorities
• Consolidating and disseminating monthly performance reporting on marketing campaigns
• Coordinate marketing opportunities specifically in support of our library of podcasts, which in addition to the above, includes:
• Tracking internal promos that run across podcast series, ensuring that promo copy is delivered and recorded on time
• Weekly collaboration with the social media and digital teams on the creation and scheduling of promotional assets
• Producing assets and copy for partner editorial features
• Support event sponsorships with planning and ordering materials
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and idea generating for new marketing campaign opportunities
• Copywriting and proofreading for partner marketing materials
• Assist in general marketing support: expense reports, ordering inventory and supplies, setting up meetings, note taking and ad-hoc creative development
Qualifications:
• BA/BS in related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
• Experience using Photoshop/Illustrator, Box, Airtable, and Teams a plus
• Familiarity with creative specs across social and/or media platforms a plus
• Go-getter with initiative, follow-through, resourcefulness, and can-do attitude
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
• Ability to collaborate with different teams in various locations
• Eager to learn about scripted series marketing and the growing streaming TV landscape
Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A+E Networks on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than eighteen (18) months.
