THE ROLE: Advanced Measurement Strategist
Support the Precision & Performance advanced TV ad sales team by facilitating the creation and maintenance of A+E's advanced targeting standards and processes. Work hand in hand with sales, revenue management, and research teams to ensure information is properly communicated between the various groups and to drive consistency in P&P process.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Sales and Revenue Management Process
• Work closely with P&P Account Executive to stay aligned on all current and future business opportunities, and to implement the steps necessary to secure and complete successful campaigns
• Manage the Precision plan build process, and act as a point of contact for the Integrated Sales Planners while they optimize plans
• Work closely with Revenue Management Director to understand internal business needs, analyze proposal output value, and maximize yield
• Work with Account Executive and RM Director to train new Precision planners
• Manage upkeep of:
• ISP's P&P deal delivery tracking
• Post campaign wrap-up report creation and posting
• Business trend/yield insights and deal detail trackers
• Lead the creation of mock plans to secure new business, as well as communication of mock plan insights throughout the greater sales force
Research Collaboration
• Act as point person for communication of needed audiences built
• Align on data/audience implementation timelines for in-process campaigns
• Stay in close contact to understand evolving industry trends and best practices
Technology Relationships
• Build relationships with external optimization partners to ensure that the platforms are driving strong optimization results for internal and external purposes
• Lead the testing of new platform features to determine their ability to be implemented in the P&P team's day-to-day process
• Stay up-to-date with industry tech trends to offer support to the A+E sales team as a whole

• College degree
• 5+ Years of industry experience and ideally 1+ years of advanced TV experience
• Advanced knowledge of sales process and best practices
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Need to be able to multi-task and efficiently manage time & priorities
