Support the Ad Sales Partnership team in a variety of pre-sale and creative requests
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Assist in linear and social opportunities in response to RFPs or proactive pitches
• Assist Manager/Sr. Manager/Sr Director/VP/EVP in the development of cross platform sponsorship opportunities to increase Ad Sales Revenue with existing and new clients.
• Field sales requests and questions pertaining to pre-sale and ideation needs
• Manage product knowledge for assigned network(s) and disciplines, including preparing client-facing, well-designed one sheets and decks based on internal marketing information
• Knowledgeable in latest digital/social marketing products and tools and how they can be leveraged in strategic 360 campaigns
• Oversee the creation and upkeep of all programming decks, programming one sheets and franchise offerings
• Manage the production report to track all production dates of programming series, specials and movies.
• Oversee internal screener requests and filter them through the appropriate channels
• Liaise with multiple business areas involved in cross-functional projects including ad sales, programming, production, marketing, social, etc.
• Work on special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
• Lead training sessions as appropriate (for example- training new sales assistants on Ad Sales partnership processes)
• Deliver PowerPoint/Word documents/or presentations to sales

• College degree
• 1 Years of industry experience
• Understanding and knowledge of sales process, cable industry and Integrated Marketing best practices
• Knowledge and familiarity of digital and social landscape
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Skills in diplomacy required
• Ad agency, cable or client experience a plus
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Need to be able to multi-task and efficiently manage time & priorities
