Yondr is a fast-growing company provides artists, educators and individuals with the tools and resources to create phone-free events and experiences.
The Director of Entertainment will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate revenue and opportunities across Yondr's entertainment verticals. The ideal candidate will possess the initiative, confidence and experience to cultivate and develop new initiatives and ongoing strategic partnerships for Yondr's music, comedy, film and agency clients. Particular emphasis will be placed on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
We are seeking a performance-driven, energetic and organized self-starter who understands the sales and account management process, builds relationships with the right decision makers and persuasively shares the unique benefits of Yondr with every customer.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow current relationships with clients across Yondr's entertainment verticals (music, comedy, film, theater, production, etc) as well as introduce Yondr to potential clients
Develop and manage business plans to define strategies and tactics for long-term sustained growth and success across the entertainment industry
Write and edit client proposals, clearly articulating strategies, solutions and top-level executional plans
Work closely with the Yondr production team when creating proposals and managing client expectations, to ensure successful execution of all deals
Must have an ability to work independently to meet revenue and business objectives, while maintaining solid communication with Yondr's core team in San Francisco
Experience:
4-6 years of sales, business development, account management and/or experiential marketing experience in the entertainment industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and developing new partnerships, initiatives, and maintaining relationships
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Google Apps
