Projects we've brought to life include campaigns for Swiss Army Man, Beauty & The Beast and The Hunger Games franchise as well as experiential features for League of Legends and A Ghost Story. We've had the pleasure of working with clients from Disney to A24, Lionsgate to Warner Bros., and are constantly looking forward to creating new, exciting digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Production/Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Production and Management team by managing and facilitating the many day-to-day tasks that are required to keep all website and social campaigns moving forward in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Assigning and coordinating all assigned projects and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner
Asset management - downloading and securing high-profile materials
Liaising with external clients and internal team members
Calendaring and reminding team members about upcoming meetings/events
Completing daily operations duties which include but not limited to setting up of projects and project management using our internal workflow management system, foster best practices, assisting in billing and job costing
Perform related tasks as necessary and assigned by Producer(s)
Works in tandem with the Producer(s) to set production timelines and deadlines
Coordinate with internal departments and support project management team throughout all phases of the production process from ideation to delivery
Works closely with upper management to identify and suggest solutions on how to improve departmental pipeline and workflows
Participate in weekly departmental staff and creative meetings as needed
Takes detailed and organized meeting notes and recaps
Builds content showcases and maintains project management tools e.g. Trello, 10K, etc.
Qualifications:
Passion/knowledge of film, television, and/or gaming
A Bachelor's degree and at last one year of digital production/coordination-related experience
Knowledge of how web design and web development works plus experience in social media and digital marketing
Has experience with Google Drive and is able to maintain organized folders/documents for each project
