Job Title: Director, CRM
Location: Stamford, CT
Reports To: SVP, Marketing, WWE Network
Key responsibilities:
• Create and execute CRM strategies and tactics to acquire and retain customers across WWE's multiple lines of businesses – WWE Network, Shop and Events – and to maximize lifetime value of customer
• Responsible for company-wide email program utilizing CRM platform and marketing database, including overall strategy and end-to-end set-up/delivery of email campaigns
• Help drive email effectiveness/engagement, set contact strategy and manage customer preference and privacy policies (US and International)
• Identify efficiencies across lines of business on how we communicate with our customers (via multiple channels)
• Develop and execute a long-term CRM strategy leveraging multiple communication channels, audience segmentations, the end-to-end customer lifecycle and a 360-degree view of WWE fans
• Liaise with departments to ensure CRM strategies are accomplished
• Reports to the SVP, Marketing, WWE Network
Preferred Background/Skills:
• 7-10 years CRM experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Deep knowledge of and experience with CRM tools, email campaigns and digital marketing
• Thorough understanding of customer lifecycle and lifetime value marketing
• Ability to think strategically, analytically, creatively and tactically in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate, present and empower C-suite executives to make informed decisions
• Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
• B2C, media, subscription experience a plus
