Do you have a passion for data and understanding how players interact within mobile games? Nickelodeon is looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Games Analyst to support the games team in improving players experience within our games. Our candidate must be well versed in mobile games with experience in providing insights into engagement, retention and monetization.

Basic Qualifications
• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in data analytics for a gaming business.
Additional Qualifications
• You are passionate about the world of digital games.
• You are a problem solver with strong analytical skills, with the ability to find and tell a clear story based on data.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented with strong quantitative skills, as well as experience with digital analytics tools.
• You are comfortable in tracking and reporting KPIs and ROIs across all player touchpoints.
• You work well under pressure while able to create and deliver analytical reports/presentations, meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• You have experience working with large sets of quantitative data (research and/or analytics) and extracting the most relevant insights, preferably in the digital space.
• You are the resident expert who ensures the accuracy of data collection across multiple reporting tools while working to develop and maintain tracking strategies.
• You have the ability to work with stakeholders to determine what data is needed to answer business and game design questions.
• You have the ability to conduct ad-hoc analyses on games performance and develop the player narrative using analytics and research skills to improve engagement and retention within a game.
• You proactively support and provide recommendations on improvements and optimization highlighted by data across all elements of game design and economy.
