Booking Manager for Two B Entertainment
Entry to Mid Level
Position:
The booking manager position will be responsible to book, promote and market the client(s) of Two B Entertainment(IIB) as designated by IIB management. This person will certify and complete all aspects of booking music performances for each client assigned by IIB. The role includes using effective techniques and strategies to ensure the clients success in areas of booking, touring and promotions in the music industry.
Skill requirements:
Effective and professional writing, listening and verbal communication skills
Three to Five years of talent buying/booking experience(Music/Concerts/Live Events)
Three to Five years of ticketing experience
Three to Five years of music marketing experience
Three to Five years of professional customer service experience
Exceptional Organization and Management Skills(Time, Team Development)
Management skills should include time management and stress management.
Demonstrated understanding of talent buying/concert booking life cycles
Experience execute the concerts up to the client's expectations and with more profit.
Planning and analytic abilities are also a must.
Positive, A+ Attitude and Winning Personality
Creative/Critical Thinking ability to solve problems
Negotiating and Contract Experience
Comfortable calling on C-Level contacts
Active Listener and Customer Focused
High level of business professionalism and delivery
Experience using Google Business Applications
Experience using CRM(Artist/Booking Management tool)
Social Media marketing
Job duties:
Organize and conduct properly managed concert performances
Apply effective techniques and strategies to ensure the success of the events
Conduct teleconferences with venues management for negotiating artist bookings
Collect the payments and other commissions according to the contract terms on behalf of Two B Entertainment
Arrange meetings with promoters, talent buyers, booking agencies, marketing companies
Apply strategies and other tactics for the promotion of their client skills and events
Prepare periodic financial and accounting statements of their clients as directed by IIB
Advise the clients on legal and financial matters like investments as directed by IIB
Ensure appropriate efficiency by scheduling tasks of production and workflow
Assisting and guiding the subordinates in the booking department
Maintain excellent relationships with the clients in order to collect their requirements and manage the changes as per the client's needs.
Negotiating with the event promoters, managers and other personnel regarding contractual rights of the client
Does not include signing authority or approving final terms.
Only negotiate goals/targets
Education:
Bachelor, Music Business preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
Certifications:
Talent License in the state of FL and NY; Preferred not required
